1-Year Limited Warranty

Rybit products purchased in retail packaging marked "1-Year Limited Warranty" are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Rybit will refund the original purchase price. Repair and replacement are not offered.

Rybit 1-Year Limited Warranty

Applies to Rybit products sold in retail packaging marked "1-Year Limited Warranty."

What this warranty covers

Rybit warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

What this warranty does not cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, modification, unauthorized repair, improper storage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality, loss or theft, or damage caused by another product or device.

What Rybit will do

If Rybit determines that a product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, Rybit will refund the original purchase price paid for the product. Repair and replacement products are not offered under this Limited Warranty.

How to obtain warranty service

1 If your product is still eligible for return under the return policy of the retailer where it was purchased, you may first return the product to that retailer in accordance with the retailer's applicable return policy.
2 If the retailer's return period has expired, please visit www.rybitusa.com for assistance with a warranty claim.
3 You must provide reasonable proof of purchase showing the product, original date of purchase, retailer and purchase price. Rybit may request photographs, video, model information or other reasonable information necessary to verify the product and claimed defect.

Please do not ship or return a product to Rybit unless specifically instructed to do so.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties applicable to this product, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year duration of this limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
